But I have to say I’m kinda fun and really good at what I do, so I prefer you give us a chance.

Yay! We’ve agreed to do this together. That means we’re going to schedule a proper planning meeting where we will go through the brief and working policies and set up a timetable that works for us both. We’ll also agree on a final deadline and schedule check-up meetings if needed.
